We have a warm and friendly staff team with a wide variety of ages, experiences and personalities. This broad variety is highly valued as each member of staff has something different to offer. To ensure professionalism the nursery nurses are all qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in child development and to continue to undertake training throughout their nursery career. Several practitioners have been with us for over 15 years.

You will have daily contact with our nursery nurses who will be able to inform you of your child's progress on a day-to-day basis however we keep formal long term records throughout the time your child is in nursery, which parents and key workers contribute to jointly ensure a holistic approach. Parents also have the opportunity to come into nursery and discuss their child's development on a one to one basis with their key worker at our parents evening, which are held once a term.
